  2. was just about to comment on dilesh's post when i saw this.....seems you've already told everything(and more) i wanted to say about the ol' CV... btw i dont think the F430 even deserves to be on this list,it's not that special...the F355 is more of a worthy candidate

    Alternator

machang dont go outright and ask for a new alternator, they'sll take you for a sucker and sell you second hand one at an outragous price...maybe only the brush set needs replacing or it needs to rewire, anyways 90% of the time it can be repaired....
  5. mamanam thama mobitel

  7. happy b'day man!
  8. yep it was indeed the orange 350z(nihal hoole's 7777 procharger) that made me fall in love with this particular colour... adey i didnt know there was a orange convertible Z here...who's is it?
  9. LOL...i gotta confess,i was a lil bit selfish when i suggested that colour...as i was seriously thinking about painting one of mine metalic orange, and i wanted to see what it looked like if done.... yup pretty decent colour me thinks, shows off a cars curves very nicely, and not too ginger beer as well ... yep...it seems like the your painter is the problem...as an amateur painter myself machan i gotta say it's not an easy job painting a car right.....i've been doin it for awhile now and i'm still rubbish... find a decent painter who understands colour combo's and stuff, and has a decent paintgun and a compressor(yes they do matter)...a paint booth is not enirely neccessary imo,but do not spray if raining or if rain is expected later.....good luck!
  10. yeah,i too would like to see this topic do well,as i am a mystery and horror story buff myself( huge allen poe fan btw)....we can all share stories we've experienced or share stories we've heard from others.....and not worry if they are true or not
  11. he is(or was) the president of the MVA group, they made the limited edition F4 using his name, basically it's the same bike underneath, and only minor details are what differs the F4CC from the basic F4 and the tamburini....i figured i might as well have the limited edition since we were daydreaming... and this is mein traum!
  12. if you do decide to be differant...may i suggest metalic orange(orange barley colour).....i think it's a beautiful colour http://www.tcpglobal.com/autocolorlibrary/
  13. ahhh the famous kanaththa junc story...i've heard many differant variations of the same story but they all involve a woman wearing white, reminds me of an episode sirasa aired on their practical joke show EDIT --- found the vid!....

  16. yes, the degree of damage inflicted upon the wheel and how it was inflicted will be a deciding factor if it is repairable or not,but i've had the most out of shape alloy/steel wheel repaired because it passed a few simple rules it will start to wobble if done incorrectly or by an incompetent..that is why i recomended someone i know to the gentlemen affected...repairing is the most trivial things these guys do as i have had them make a new wheel out of the parts of three other wheels, and they are perfect! i agree that it is not a 100% after the repairs, but it is satisfactory to me...they may not fit the standards of your perfect little world, but you will forgive me for showing a fellow car owner the cheaper way out...atleast untill he can afford to buy a new set
  17. happy birthday andy and gayan!!!
  18. i beg to differ...my dad has repaired alloys that were considerably bent out of shape...even ones belonging to some high performance cars and some for heavy duty lorries...and so far only one steel wheel(belonging to a lorry) has failed us...
  19. LOL nice try mani.. .i reconized the familiar car and the winding road instantly so i was prepared...this vid is on youtube under all kinds of differant names... but it scared the hell outta me when i watched bout a year ago!
  20. what was the number of your sud machan...if you dont mind telling
  21. hey parak...machan,dude,bro....honestly!... you've chosen the wrong people to preach...clearly we are not your audience and we never will be,so why dont you stop with trolling and join in the disscussions with expeiriences on your vitara and that faboulous aussie outback and stop embarrasing yourself

  23. LOLZ...just googled her!!!..and my verdict is...
  24. a prowl around alahakoon watte in panchikawatte might be worth your while, those guys are aces with alloy wheel repairing,my go to guy for alloywheels there is a chap called rohan.,i dont have any contact number of him but he is a well known guy around there i dont know how it'll effect balancing...but i've always repaired my damaged ones,as opposed to buying new one's,good luck!
