the 80 gig was 60k...a very high price compared to bringing one down myself..but i went with it cos they will exchange it for a new one if anything goes wrong,so i didn't mind the extra 15k or so.... if you can arrange means to return it to the country you bought it(if it breaks)...then bring one down yourself...that's waay cheaper.

just got myself a 80gig ps3 from one of the shops at MC with full manufacturer's warrenty for one year just started playin GTA4 and ...WOW!!!!!!....i'm very impressed

this was not intentional machang(mostly)...we've been using SLT from the time land phone's were introduced...and my dad was one of the frst customer's mobitel had when they launched their analog coverage way back in the 90's...and now i'm using their ADSL and M3...so it's more of a "danna yaka hondai,nodanna yakata wadiya" scenario

yeah machan i was goin to get one brought down by someone...but now i'm gonna buy one from here cos of the warrenty thing... i've had a hell of a time with the crappy xbox(have you heard of the ring of death thing on the 360?...bloody nightmare it was), so i think it's time for me to go back to sony... i'm very much lookin forward to playin metal gear solid,gt5:prologue and the f1 championship game on the new one

yeah machan i've heard the same a story as yours from a fair few people,programme interruption and crappy customer care.. i'm seriously considering going for peotv,mainly because of the clear picture and non-inturruptive service...and that "video on demand" thing should be pretty nifty too anyway i'm very happy with SLT and it's affiliated company's... we've been using their services like landphone,ADSL,Mobitel M3 for sometime...so naturally i prefer to give my business of cable tv to them as well

yep..they are available through private importer shops...try the electronic shops at MC and liberty plaza for starters... it is a little expensive that letting someone bring down one for you but they will exchange it for a new one(through manufacturer's warrenty) if it breaks. i too did originlally thought about wii...but then i found out about all the physical labour you have to do with wii-mote... i like my games to played while sitting still, thank you very much

I PASSED!!!...I PASSED!!!....HOORAY!!!! the trooper and the mitsu lorry needed a little bit of tweaking but the strada passed without hassle....and they didn't rev it to even 3000rpm....i was expecting much more punishment to the ol' diesel's a tradsunny ahead of me blew it's distributor right off during the test...poor bloke! yeah machan that's exactly what i did...tune ups,soltron,new air filters,super diesel actually i'm glad i had to change the ar filters...the performance differance before and after is staggering..speacilly in the lorry's

but compared to thier other models the fighter is a space-age design i didnt say the fighter was ugly machan...just that the cockpit area of the maximus reminds me of it... :lol:
