  1. Im rather clueless about bikes, but there is a guy next door to my office who does bike repairs, he gets a lot of old jap bikes, and uses our yard for parking them sometimes, The remains of a CB250N are there even now sadly, dunno what was wrong with it, owner never collected because of some major engine prob, so iit just rotted into the ground I'll keep an eye open and ask the bloke if he knows anyone who's getting rid of any bikes.

    About Pitstop

Well you can always ask, but since they are the agent for Autoglym, i dont think they'll be entirely chuffed at the idea of using a rival product...

    About Pitstop

haha well different strokes for different folks I guess! anyway machan AFAIK they stock only Castrol and BP oils devZ uses Mobil so i think he manages to take his oil in.

    About Pitstop

As a policy, no they dont... but apparently if you're nice to them, you can get around the rule... devinda can elaborate more on this i believe.
  5. A VZR engine is a good idea i guess, but as max pointed out, kinda hard to find..... And as for the N1 Motor, almost no chance of finding one! But the Pulsar engine bay CAN fit the SR20, as certain Aussie specs of that pulsar (The SSS if remember right) came with it.... So i guess your best option would be to find an SR20 and Manual box, shouldnt be too difficult. P.S. if you go ahead with this, PLEASE remember to upgrade your suspension and brakes as well!!! and keep us informed about how it goes Cheers

  7. sorry L Board, we've kinda drifted wayy of topic here... But A*****es like this do tend to get people riled up... sorry mate.
  8. This isnt the first time you've popped into a "state of the country" discussion is it? i distinctly remember you spewing your useless garbage over another similar thread sometime back. Unfortunately for you my dear man, the people in this forum DONT live under a rock, watch only Government TV and read the Daily News, so spouting off about how "the great MR is a superhuman and has single-handedly ended the war, is now going to create world peace, end world hunger and adopt all the world's starving children All HAil All Hail!!" makes you basically the equivalent of a North Korean citizen who now firmly believes that they have a satellite in space which is "broadcasting revolutionary melodies to the world"! You can post here till you're blue in the face, but you arent going to change the view of most people here, since the majority of us have half a clue about thw bigger picture, unlike yourself. So do us all a favour and go prostate yourself in front of your picture of the "Great Leader"... or something.
  9. Not sure about the oil capacity mate, or the filling position, but i believe one of the better places to get it done is probably P*tstop_ They'll have the right oil for it too i guess, seeing as they are run by A_M_W...

  14. My dear fellow, sometimes one has to replace Subtlety with something more akin to dropping an Anvil, in order to get one's point across
  15. I think its supporting for radella and prolly also going to diyatalawa for Foxhill Personally machan, Ive always preferred to do the mechanicals before paintwork, since a nice new painjob could easily be damaged when mechanical work is being done... Ahh ok, thats what i thought, tried to call him yesterday about my car, but he wasnt answering, any idea whether he's back in town?

You seem to have covered all the important points Prad... Main things I had a grouse with were the fact that the classics were not timed, and the mixing up of race cars and the classics..... Lack of a refreshments stand was a bit of a downer as well Mind you All said in good spirit mate, I imagine it must be a hell of a lot of work to get such a thing together, and it's all very well for us to sit on the sidelines and find fault... Was just pointing out what I felt would have made for a more enjoyable time for all....
