Fb15 - Retractable Mirror Problem

Hello Friends,

Car is a FB15 super saloon. Both mirrors are working well when I retract the mirrors. But left side mirror has a problem in protracting.What can be the reason for this? Do I need to go to a mechanic or will I be able to troubleshoot it? I don't know how to disassemble a mirror. Any ideas friends.

IMO its best to replace the whole assembly or find a person whos familiar with repairing these kind of things. Most of the garages wont be able to fix this I think because there are some complex small wheels inside and if you're dont know what your doing you really can mess it up. Search the forum you will able to find more information regarding this.

afaik fb15 have seal type mirrors so it can't be repair need to replace

I don't think you need to replace it. But it's not a DIY type job. Go for a mechanic.
