Documents Importing A Vehicle

Hi All,

I'm planing order a vehicle from japan(Already opened LC under my name). I want to know what are the document(s) should I need to fill when clearing it from custom?

I received a pdf document and I heard that it has to filled and certify with GS and from bank. Is it correct? I called several times to contact numbers as stated in pdf document but no one answer the phone.(File is attached.pls see it)

First of all you get in touch with a clearing agent in customs, he will give you all advice you need for clearing of the import of your vehicle.
