Hi Guys,

I'm looking for new tires and here are the shortlisted candidates. (185/70 R14)

Bridgestone Turanza Ar10 12.500

Kumho KH 17 9.500

Achilles Platinum - price unkown

I currently have GT radials and they have rating of 360 A A and H speed rating.

I saw the achilles have a 400 AA A H rating so according to it, the tire should have a better traction I guess. Also I figured they'll be way cheaper than the turanzas.

So how's your experience with achilles and where is it made in.

GT 's are terrible in wet breaking. Back wheels skid pretty easily. So I am looking for a tire with good dry and wet handling.

Btw kumho only has a T speed rating should that be a concern for me ? I'll be replacing only the front 2 tires. Rears will be GT radials for abt 6 more months.
