Regarding Toyota Corolla Ae100 L Touring

Hi Guys,

This is regarding my brother's requirement. These days he is searching a Toyota Corolla AE100 L touring or G touring. Actually what is "L touring" means? Is it "luxury touring" or "limited touring"? What is the difference between both?

Oops !!!. Yeah, I was also looking for G touring at that time and could not get a decent one. Buddies my actual question is what is the letter "L" means in L touring wagon? And which is highend(luxuary)? G touring or L touring? .......

I think there are plenty of threads on this...I know I have responded quite a few times.

I believe Sampath posted the catalog for the Touring wagon somewhere out there. Also I think it is there in the thread called "My little run around in Japan". Go through it and you can see which grade would be the highest (typically in most cases the catalog displays the grades according to descending order when ever possible ??).

I beleive the ordering (atleast going by price is) BZ Touring, G Limited and L Limited. During the model's life span the G and L came in varying special/limited packages like Aero Look Package, Extra (L?) package, S package etc...so the lines can get a bit blurred.

Like iRage has mentioned, there were many packages offered with the various touring models so there is no black an white answer as to "what differs between these two models?"
