Replacing the Engine - Need to know recomonded place to buy an Engine

Hello Experts, One of my friend  wanted to replace the engine of her car 121 2004 JDM. Please recommend good place to buy an engine and a good mechanic to do the engine replacement.  Thanks, Ravee
