piston type carb 4g13engine

let me know your kind professional advice..i have a 1996 4g13 engine of piston type carb, i am not a mechanic though for the first time i did general overhaul of the engine..my problem now is at idle it is very good but when i gas up at high point the engine chokes or stalls...i cleaned the carb but still the engine stalls when gas up (when it reach the high acceleration it stalls or stops.). the fuel filter is full so i expect that my fuel pump is working well..

If you can spare sometime to go through the above threads they will give you a few insights and some precautions to be taken when disassembling the carb etc. For starters check if the carb piston can move freely on its liner bearing all the way out (ie on full throttle). Post your observations here.

...thank you very much, read the above threads, i went through my carb again and seems the liner bearing has the problem, a little bent and it stacka a little when move..i changed the carb with my extra carb which i cleaned though, i tested and seems okey.. i just need to road test it ...thanks...
