Is there a US$18000 top limit for the permit as u mentioned on another thread? Also what more details were you able to find? What about the diesels this time around? Also when will the permits be available?

Guys i still dont think the circular has been gazeted for the PS, but yesterday i heard that there is a CIF value ceiling for the PS Permits. ( Around USD 17500 to USD 18000 )

heard dat this time transffering will be blocked for 5 years.

- earlier it had only 3 years to be waited in order to transffer the vehicle under a new name.

around JAN 15th things to deal with permits will be cleared i guess. :)
