driving licence first time Sri Lanka

Hello there !!

i am driving a car a almost 3-4 months in Sri Lanka but i could not get my driving licence yet because of my time schedule.

i had driving licence when i work in aboard, but its not valid to here anymore . now im settled in Sri Lanka but my time management is very limited. i cant wait 3 months after applied the licence.

is there any other way to get my driving licence withing short period ? 

i can provide the bellow requirement

1. exam

2. government certified medical certificate 

3. driving trial

as well other all the document ect- but how long maximum i have to wait??

....don't you get a provisional license until the actual card gets delivered to you ?
