Motorbike Number plate location

I am customising honda magna to Bobber style bike, my problem if i fix my number plate left or right side horizontally will that make any issue for the regulation?. I have not seen any documents tell the number plate mounting rules, if anyone knows please advice me

Interesting question

There are cars like the Alfa Romeo 156 & the Mitsubishi EVO X which came with off centre number place mounting points for the front

and plenty of SUV's with non centered plates for the rear

 

The colours and the size of the font (to ensure its legible even at a distance) is what they're most fussed about I belive

Front - White background, black letters

Rear - Yellow background, black letters
