I need advice for a good second hand car that i can buy and shipped to my country.

My budget is 288,727 Yen ( or $2,500).

Note that Japan is the country to buy from, as most cars here come from Japan.

It would help to know what type of car you are looking for and where you are from. 

For 280,000yen, you can get anyhing from an old luxury sedan to an econo sedan to a hatchback and sometimes even a SUV. However, depending on where you are from, you might not be able to import cars beyond a certain age....
