DIY Help - Disconnecting door panel wire harness

Hi all,

Doing my first DIY on my car replacing front door speakers. After watching so many videos and extra info I started doing it but got stuck in early stages of removing door panel. Wire harness that connects to driver side door console is really hard to detach. As this is my first time, I am afraid to force it. Vehicle is Toyota Vitz KSP130. I will attach photos, Can someone give some tips to safely remove it please?

I tried pushing the small button like piece and pulling but it won't come off.

Also I would like your guide to pull the door panel out (dealing with plastic clips)
