manual u means mechanical right, we'll electric is good as long as u hv a good battery, mechanical is much better cz it runs straight from the engine but u hv to know how to use it properly n mechanical wont wrk when ur engines off( ), for a BJ43 9000lb's will be more than enough, i think mechanical has a much better pulling capacity cz it runs straight from the engine if ur going for a mechanical get a recon OEM toyota winch+ pto + shaft from a recon shop n if required a warn winch cable

i dnt think Mitsubishi PTO would wrk for BJ cz the Gear Box is Different so your gonna have to find a Toyota one, but has to be around 50K
