Magcity Service Sucks

Dear Magcity,

Please tel them sales chicks to not to call me every 2 months to inform me about my car's service, coz as I told them, now I do my car's services at someother place, I no longer want to go back to Magcity (unless i have no other options ), not gonna do the same mistake again. Thanks.

This incident happened last saturday mid night at battharamulla. My family was after a party and got in to the car to go home at 12.30 mid night and the car started but couldn't moved. After some inspection with my friend we found that the fan belt is broken. One suggested magcity and we found the tp number from their web site using my mobilephone. I called magcity and waited 25 minutes the emergency cab came to battaramulla and replaced the belt. The 2 boys were very kind (One boy is Kapila) to us and fixed the belt and gave the bill. Its charged only 1500 + 230 for the fan belt. At 1 am in the morning to fixed the fan belt and go home safely cost me 1730 bucks!!!

I do not know much about magcity but what they have done for me was great.

I like to request this member "Ashane" what is the make of his car.What he write about broken fan belt is not relative to his car cannot be moved. To my knowledge no cars are driven on their final drive from a fan belt.

This member has only 2 posts I have doubt about his post he is advertising MAGSITY or Magcity has got new member to post this to gain their lost image.

As one member wrote his vehicle is not a car may be a two wheel tractor.

Dear Magcity,

A girl called me and said my service is due and I can get a free body wash. And requested to make a booking on a saturday. I told her don't make any bookings I'll come on saturday or sunday. When I go on Sunday cashier didn't know any thing about free wash. So I paid the whole amount for the service and came home.

Unhappy customer.

BTW , you have 4 or 5 places to wash cars in your Kandy branch. But there are only two compressors working at any time. And only two cars can wash simultaniously. Isn't that sucks??
