  1. i personally think it's a safety hazard... there's more strain on eye muscles when looking sideways than looking downwards... try it won't be too much of a problem in small cars but is a problem for the X-Trails and Primeras...
  2. what value does a registration number give a car that was manufactured in the same year?
  3. that's some mileage but a steal... out of curiosity milindu... who's we?
  4. i'm afraid we can't allow that boys...
  5. so why don't you just wait till M3 prices drop?? you'll probably have more cash in hand too... oh and speaking of the E36 check this out... was in my uni car park
  6. OT but you have a long time ago... i've used it to address you sometimes
  7. you're right... besides i think we've got the 'real' point across so it ends here...
  8. are boxsters that cheap?last i heard they're still holding their prices... good suggestion but 4 seater 330Ci vs 2 seater boxster... and you'll need a boxster S to make an impression
  9. what would it take to convince you that you got this argument off ground with your first post which was an offense to all of good taste and decency... and no one was being racist... we were all just amused by your cheap shot 'ghettoness'... and that is NOT a good thing... and for someone who knows his 'real' cars since when did a Mustang GT have a V6 engine?? and since when did 2002 mustangs have 3L engines?? man you just tripped over your tongue and hurt yourself...
  10. like pila said your first step would be to change that engine and gearbox you won't go far with it...
  11. the 330Ci came as both coupe and convertible... my uncle owned a convertible 330Ci with the sport package (M alloy wheels and the works) which he bought brand new and sold almost a year later due to poor mileage... you can blame central london congestion for that... the car was superb and it was my first experience with a GPS system never got a chance to drive it but i'd pick it over the S3... machan OD... the 330Ci has 230bhp... not 290 from what i remember
  12. hello mate... appologies for not having a permanent solution to your problem cos MADZ is out of the country and will return shortly... however you may start a thread with what you're looking for and members can contact you in private hope this helps
  13. BMW diesels have come a long way... the 730d's are as quiet as their gasoline siblings...
  14. save your breath... he still doesn't realise that he sparked things off by condemning the 300ZX albeit the Nismo Club... and now he thinks he's being attacked for no reason... tsk tsk... getposition all you have to do is appologise for that stupid comment or just back down man...
  15. pila is this guy good all round? i usually go to kleenpark too but i haven't been anywhere else to judge prices...
  16. merry christmas to all those who celebrate...
  17. getposition a 300ZX is a cult car and i'm sure anyone here would agree... and definitely streets ahead of an accord irrespective of how closely priced they are... this is afterall the Nismo club and is appreciative of all things NISSAN so no one really cares about where an accord stands... please try to keep the posts related to the topic... thanks...
  18. the car was indeed spotted one weekend... the pictures don't do it justice...
  19. well i've read of so many conversions to SR20DET's for FWD apps that i forgot what they were originally used for
  20. did you get a primera that we don't know about? an SR20DE has about 145bhp stock and yes in any application a turbo obviously provides a huge gain... someone else might be able to help you on who's capable... however the point pila highlighted about the SR20DET originally being used on AWD and RWD examples escaped me... and hence the turbo conversion will be an easier option than an engine swap... the SR20DE will handle a small amount of boost with stock internals...
  21. that's a good question... but i have one to get you thinking... nissan did not make an SR20 twin turbo engine to begin with... this has to be converted and is an utter waste of time... the SR20DET is good enough and yes it should be a simple swap... it's also not too much trouble to turbo a standalone SR20DE cos they're very strong motors...
  22. some claim to have
  23. neXGen please watch the language and that includes deliberate misspellings
  24. hmmm well the auto primeras are kinda sluggish... but still a hardy car... you'll be missing the SR20 engine though that price sounds about the norm but there's always room for negotiation... if the car's in good shape go for it but don't expect good mileage on a primera dude... and don't worry about parts cos i have a very good source...
  25. understood but what the hell were you taking at that angle??
