Honda Grace: Post-Service Issues with EV-Engine Transition

My Honda Grace 2015 .ODO meter 58000 Km . I serviced the car last Saturday . They scanned and, did some re setting too .Now shifting EV to Engine and Engine To EV is not smooth as before & there is a small knock i noticed when driving in traffic. Nothing @ 30-40 .& above. km speed. Can , an Expert advise me to get rid of this. Thank you.
