  1. I was actually going thru the HitAD and found a white colour one matching your requirements for about 28/=
  2. Hi! I hope this is the right place to post this topic. I have a Honda Civic ES8, recently due to some hard impact on the right side mirror, the mirror has been dislodged from the frame. As a result I cannot control the mirror on that side coz its not attached properly to the frame! Pretty annoying when driving coz the rear view is shaking like hell! Can somebody please suggest me a number of a reliable person who could fix this problem? If I'm to replace it it would cost me atleast 27,000/= from the company
  3. Hmmm....for 1.5 a 2004 model is a fair offer. I assume this is F/O too. There is a place in Thalangama Koswatte who specializes in Peugeot. Not much of second hand value after all that is why u can get a 2004 model for 1.5 and as Tikiri mentioned you might have to be little careful if its auto. Good car with comforts....I just shared my opinion with u. I dont think the spares are cheap my friend
  4. Hey Thanks all of you for giving me some detailed info about this topic. I guess then it is not an issue when shifting from D to S but putting in neutral while driving would reduce brake efficiency. Thanks once again for all the help
  5. Hi All, I have a Honda Civic ES 8 2002 model with CVT transmission. It has the following drive modes * Drive * Sports * Low I am the second owner and when purchasing it from the previous owner, he was saying to shift it to sports mode while driving it really boosts up engine power!!!! But I have TWO questions 1. Is it good for the engine or the gearbox to shift from Drive to Sports mode? While driving? 2. I have seen some people shifting from drive to neutral mode for the sake of saving some petrol!!!! Is this healthy for the car by any means? Would we be making a huge loss just bcoz we saved on a few rupees on petrol? I think you guys shd be able to help me out in this. Also I make sure the CVT oil is changed coz I know the problems it could give....Really appreciate if you guys could help me out
  6. Hi! This car is probably the best of the bluebirds till now (appearance that is....) I personally owned a car of this model. It is really spacious and comfy but in terms of the market it is not so good. I sold my car in 2003 for 6.5 lakhs. If ur really attracted to this model try considering a petrol version 1.8L. Atleast the engine troubles will not be there.
  7. Well the info give by the guys is really useful. Also make sure ur Air filter is good and the tire pressures are also at the right level. It also helps to increase the fuel efficiency as well.
