itz a diesel engine .there is no effect on cooling ,i mean air condition

According to ma knowledge, cooling fan is automatically start if heat sensor send voltage(sense) to the fan. But thing is itz not working like that. I think sooooo.but not sure

Actualy brother,, Need to replace the heat sensor I think. After 15min start the engine it will boil. And there r 2 cooling fans .one of them r not working properly.I need to check whether itz a engine problem or somtin else

i knw dat sir,itz true.but i'm talking about mobile service providers point of view ,how there going to earn money. u knw yesdy BOI granted investment approval to a new mobile and fixed telecommunications network provider.in our point of view (customers) itz very good 4 us,bouz if there any market compition we cn get more benifits.

Airtell is a BOI project ,my question is why there want to start it as a BOI project.and main thing is only one person got share from Airtell ,idnt want to say who is he.Airtell is one of the mobile service providers in india there saying Airtell is da #1,there cnt find big customers overhere bcoz lot of service providers already came to the seen and sri lanka not a big country like india we dnt hv big market for any product or service ,under this situation why there r suppose to start a business in sri lanka.how who knw the reason for this .We hv more than enough mobile service providers in sri lanka. in my point of view someone r trying to reach or breack the marketing leadership.We better to give 1st priority to our(Sri Lankan )service providers.
