not sure abt the taxes, I am going through the legal channels get all sorted, FedEx NZ is my shipper and they are working along with their representative in SL and I should have the final quote soon including the tax and port duties. will share once available. they are having bit of a challenge getting a petrol 3.0L car licensed to import as the allowed limit 2.8L for a sedan.

All, no luck with toyota lanka, couldn't get any positive response from them, they will not cover or guarantee any mechanical warranty on the vehicle. they can provide a full service but no parts and it need to be imported. no GS300 2010 registered yet in Sri lanka. @milindu Tax shouldn't be a issue. had a LS600 LHD when in US, moving to NZ didn't find much difference driving a RHD.

FYI, I just spoke to Lexus NZ, you were correct, only for US market they have replace the GS300 with a GS350.

there is no GS300 2010 ? mmmm, then how come I'm driving one ? it;s a GS300 limited edition, yes, it looks alike as the 2007.

GS300 is one of the most reliable cars I have driven, so part's wise i'm more confidant will have less problems as it;s just a year old and never had a problem. the next service is due only 25K and I have done only 11K. so service is not a major problem ?????? even on a service they will replace the oil and air filters and run a diagnose to see for any faults on the engine and UI. the breaks are due only aft 60K's as per Lexus New Zealand. but thanks for your advice.

i kno most folks in SL r xited ab tthe iPhone!! well it;s kwel.. i use it for many stuff.. VNC, SSH, ect.. blah..blah… it can have dozens of third part applications installed to easy my work.. n i was one of the first ppl to stay in da freakin line for 2 hours on the first week to buy a iPhone.,. bottom line.. it;s awesome..AMEN! D so far manage to unlock 23 iPhone to my folks as a hobby n i tried on my roaming DIALOG SIM n it;s work.. this aint bullshyt.. i kno most folks may wonder who da F*** is this.. hahahaaa.. so if u owns a iPhone in SL, let me kno i can guide u easily to unlock..

actually it's only me who will drive 24/7 when am in SL for two months later it will be @ home until i return bk on vacation in 6 months..!! as per my friend the fuel consumption is better in allion compared to other 1.8L vehicles. am nt sure hw far it's true since my knowledge is limited on cars

no am nt in SL. bt comin on vacation by oct. it'z a 1.8L allion ( silver ) and it's a brand new.

boy.. trying doing this first.. how much of disck space do u have remaining... if it's over 5GB , then, the best practice would be before even proceeding to formating n risking losing ur data, is to increse the vitual memory paging file in your PC. it's simple.. right click on My Computer -> properties -> Advance tab -> performence ( once you're hre please follow the attached picture as i have numberd. it's a simple process. PS: increse the paging file from :- initial size 768 & maximum size to 1536. am sure any kid can do this easily... if this thing doesnt work for u , then better formatting....

SUV is beyond repair. got shit from the company and processing on the insurance claim nw. the first question from police was were there any dead ...!!!

guy's i have been using the blackberry handhelds for a while and it's configured to replicate with my local and remote servers n over 20 users.n it have become a fashion on the company.. blackberry has it's own web mail server where it forwards the mail from your server to handheld. many companies runs the blackberry agent on the server to forwarded the mails to handhelds. but it's ideal to have a separate replica server to blackberry. (any dumbo might be knowing that GPRS is the only two way communication to download mails to any handheld ) when it comes to business keyboard doesn’t give a Sh*t. it's all about stay connected. new blackberry handhelds are much easier and user friendly. I heard that dialog have lunched blackberry in sri lanka is that true… !!!! n blackberry cant be compared to O2, iMate or trio. Blackberry works perfect with lotus notes & exchange mail servers from my experience. aint sure abt other IT professionals experience on blackberry, but am satisfied with it. anyone of u guy's interested of knowing and wants to set up blackberry lotus notes replica server i would be more happy to assist. cheers

i dnt think its a big issue its simple. ok how good are u in installing XP or Win 2000. if ur good in installing XP boot ur laptop from the XP CD and start installing. when ur installing use the 2nd option to wipe out only the windows or WINNT files on the OS and reinstall the OS without formatting ur C:\ drive then u will not lose any of ur data. but i cant gurantee u for ur favorites thatz saved on ur internet browser. let me know if u can do it. if not drop me a message so that i can do a guide installation through the phone. giv me ur comments...!!
