New Auto

I own a Toyota AE111, Manual 1.6 l (YOM 1997). Its a carb model (surprise surprise-since it was imported to SL brand new), it does only 7-8 Km on average. I was told this performance is quite low for this vehicle. Can someone pls point me to a good place to get the carb cleaned and do a tune up? I got the name carb Banda from an earlier Autilanka discussion thread, but when I made inquiries I found out that the guy had passed away Appreciate any advice I get
