It does seem to stop after 30-40kmph. No vibrations when revving.

Hello everybody, So the u-joints on my Toyota were shot so I got them replaced at a local garage. Replacement was done by a machine shop and everything seemed fine, but I'm now experiencing a very minor vibration at around 30kmph. The garage and machine shop both said they've done the best they can. Most foreign help forums suggested getting the drive shaft balanced but I wasn't able to find any that do it here in Sri Lanka. Am I out of luck? Are there any places that could do it?
