key inside car symbol blinking when ignition is off | Premio 2011

Hi I have a Toyota Premio 2011 , from yesterday I see the key inside car symbol keeps coming and going , Is this the normal behavior in Premio or where can I get this fixed in colombo please advice, If any one has faced similar issues please add in your method of fix on this. Great help.

What are the recommended places other than Toy#ta L#nka for car service and maintenance , in and around Colombo is better.
