I never thought of doing this conversion before but frankly, Nirosh's car has impressed me a lot, in terms of performance. He quoted 600k for all the engine and components as his cost. When you add the base car's price, and compare that with what a type-r conversion would cost, they are quite similar in final cost. You just get a faster car albeit, one which is not very practical as a daily driver because of the awful fuel consumption in these cars (4-5 km/l), whereas as a type-r would be quite a good daily use car and I am told the fuel milage is good if used carefully.
