If it's 5 consecutive years prior to 2011, There would not be any one who would get newly qaulified under this scheme, however much tax they have paid after 2011. Are you really sure it's before 2011 and not any 5 consecutive years ? Thanks

Hi Mr XXX, I don't get what u a saying. which do u recommend the AK-12 or the VITZ ? Any way I haven't yet decided what to buy. My budget is around 1.6 . Though I do not like a hatch back, the reason that compelled me was the budget constraint. Would it be wise to go for a normal toyota ( Non hatch model) used one ? would it be possible within this budget? thanks

Hi, I have a toyota carina AT170. When I start my car in the morning it's reluctant to start and after a few attempts the engine picks up and runs. And initially the noise is some what odd and higher but after a while it calms down. After that if you turn the switch off and start it starts the normal way withgout any hesitation. The problem is only when you start after keeping the car for about a day in the garage. My battery is not that old. I replaced it last year. When I took the car to the mechanic he found an under compression in the engine and replaced rings and all. I had to replace the rings, the entire top kit and also the petrol pump. After doing this all , still the starting issue is not sorted. What do u thing think the reason would be. My Car is a gas converted one. And I used to use gas . But now after the engine repair I run on petrol. Can you please help me ? thanks.
