No one has received any circular yet.... even regarding the racing cars

I heard from an agent who imports vehicles on permits that the govt will most likely charge a fee to transfer vehicles... Also the 20% tax hike is for vehicles above 2500cc and 10% for under 2500. Nothing is confirmed yet

i highly doubt that this is done to catch the guys selling permits... the govt want to make a quick buck given the state of economy now... permit holders can always say they want to sell the vehicle...

according to Derana 3yr trasfer restriction on govt servants permits removed. also valid for permits issued earlier

I did a google search... non of them have the wheels im looking for except jaguar itself... ebay has the wheels but only all 4. Plus i dont have an ebay account... It will be easier to find a guy who will import it for me rather than me buying from an unknown person
