mmmmmm I owns a maruti ALTO 2006 model...... brought on 2006 feb.. so far i have not been in a garage fr any thing mmmmmmm service vise also A*W good.. mmmmm if ya looking for the perfomance dnt even look at the alto but as a 800cc car its a really good accelaration. still i didnt came up with the spare parts thing cos i didnt want them lol any way i think its good value fr the money any way its good cs i bought my car 1075000 in 2006 and nw its 13 laks man sri lankan car market is superb.

But don’t spend all your money to the CAR… try to keep some extra money with u to do some decent repairs…… that will occur…. And there were some good threads here on buying used cars sooooo take a look at them before u proceed on car hunting…… Happy car hunting………

Market value is some where around 11.5 laks KA or KB car....... comfort mmmmm pretty good if ya not hoping to go high speed i mean more than 110KMPH cos when its reach 110 it give a bit of vibration sooo I dnt go upto that limit any ways other than that is give a oki ride........ space is quite ok i mean for 4 people its really ok...... oh Forgot some thing the original seats are bit uncomfi due to there material of cloth hehehehehe i put some decent seat covers sooooo its comfi now lol…… hehehehehe i dnt have plans to sell it soon........ but if i get to know a car i will let u know.......

Let me see ALTO…… I think u talking abt a Maruti………. Let me see Maruti is 800cc and jap one is 600cc(I think) any I have a Maruti one…. It’s a good car compare to Maruti 800….. mmmmmm fuel consumption is 12-14(kmpl) with the AC in Colombo area…… soooo far no Maintenance have been done though I have been using this car for 1.5 years….. Im sooo happy it didn’t occur ….. lol… any way the AC is good…. It has electronic power steering and it’s really good… the acceleration is in acceptable state…. For a 800cc car…… But guys if we can come up with other cars as well it will help for this one and some more as well….. Becaue I wanted to buy a charade and modify it…….. hehehehehe But Im clue less how much it will cost I mean to do a complete redone…. Hey if u guys know some places and prices please post…. It will help loads of people.

guys I have a small problem too have a original Toyota TV/DVD/MD set......... since one of my friend has accidently plug some wrong power cables into it... now the DVD is not working but the TV and radio is working on this..... do you have any idea where i can repait this.

Hey Guys what u guys suggesting for a Maruti 800 I mean there is plenty of second hand jap cars but if we can say couple of cars that can goes for that range…… what are fuel consumption and running cost and etc. and If we can come up with the Maruti as we like that we can help some one to make the right choice……. And Make there decision more easy…….. Because he can go through this thread and will know what to buy and stuff ……… BTW I know most of u guys not interested in Indian cars check the New Zen it has the total look and feel of a jap car………………… hehehehehehe still I guess its only the out side I mean interior and exterior lol…………. I think the inside still a Indian……

Sure this is a nice thread lol………………… sadly I own a Alto lol……….. yes I do believe most of the stuff u guys said….. I personally hate maruti…. Any ways the problem with MICRO was it was around 13laks or some thing when I was trying to buy that one. See that’s the problem most of the people goes for Maruti or any other Indian products because they cheaper….. btw I really cant understand y MICRO ask for that much high price for there TREND? Im seriously belive if they can reduce the price upto at least 10laks most of the people will love to buy that one than stupid maruti. yes there is option like second hand jap car and stuff but I used a ALTO for more than one year nearly two years…… still I didn’t go for a garage….. I dnt have a any problem so far….. thinking of the fuel consumption and stuff again u tend to look for maruti because if ya not rich. Because my one is doing around 12-14 city limit with AC. If ya cant afford a good looking corolla or some thing like that what to do…. Yes and this high time for me to move out of maruti  yes its really true about the safety features lol yes if u crash a maruti that’s the end of it u cant see a car it will look like some junk yard one.. lol….. may be in near future I might change my ride to some thing else….. surly not in SL dnt wannnaa pay more taxes to SL government hehehehehe cos they chase me for income tax because I bought a stupid ALTO lol
