hanks for the reply guys! well, i am not overweight or anything just the flab is starting to builup around the waistline due to our "lavish" lifestyle of sitting in aircon offices,drinking with buddies and hardly any worthwhile excersises! i used to do martial arts sometime back and was in shape but due to a slipped disc injury i was advised by the doc not to do any unaided exercises to my spinal area. i do go for brisk walks in the morning but the tummy does not seem to get much excerise! hence thought of investing in a machine. Saw one advertised in the papers for 5500 bucks and thought should ask around before i spend it!

Hi guys, need a quick suggestion Lookout for an ab machine and the first preference would be the ab king pro..anyone on the forum using it or tried it out? please do let me know if it indeed gives a proper workout for the abs. I know that reducing the belly needs to be suplemented with a diet and other exercises!!

Will do some research on the models and weblinks you guys have posted. madmax- ordering through amazon might be value for money on some models yet i need to have a feel of the camera in my hand and test its functions- not that scared of online transactions, just wanna touch it before i spend the cash! hi guys Me in the need of a decent digital camera- budget would be about Rs 25000-30000 or less!(times are hard these days!). Had the Sony cybershot as a no1 choice but heard people say the canon and nikon too is good. Choices are many and indeed confusing. So i beleive there are a few experts over here who could help me. Basically i require the following info 1) What would be ideal choice within my budget 2) Availability and reliable place in SL tp pucrchase one. Sorry to bring this up in an automative forum but i know that advice given on this site is top class! Cheers!

yes indeed feel sorry for you, since my dad too got caught to a similiar issue some years back and ended up paying some 6000 bucks for some realy minor door and headlamp problem.Those buggers are all kudda fellows from the maligawatte area i guess..should be shot at sight. anyhow -ripper- u indeed got ripped!!!

Discovery travell and living i guess.

Went on Saturday evening and thankfully had got a pass through my friend at SLIC so did not have to wait in the long q's to buy a ticket. the usual collection of classics and vintage with the surprise addition of the Red Lotus-which was the pick for me and that classy XJS Jag. Loved the triumph spitfires also, must commend the owners for their dedictation in maintaining these vehicles. The modern section- The new Merc C class looked neat and the S Class was looking so damn expensive was even afraid to go near it. Loved the interior of the Locally assembled Micro Rexton. Also was another eyecatcher - the 407 coupe, looked real neat. Overall good show as always.

That lotus was just awesome, when i saw it from afar thought for a moment it was a lambo. that car was the showstopper for me. The green Jag XJS was indeed the other car worth looking it, saw it last time thought. Never had seen the this lotus on the roads before.

hmmm the Rexton looks much much nicer than the Actyon...well in my opinion just because the Rexton is locally assembled doesnt mean it will fall apart in two years...i am sure the Ssanyong motors would have implemented strict quality control methods in place over here.. just saw in the papers that cherry QQ is being assembled here as well...at least we are making an effort now..
