Hi Guys, Is there any place in around Colombo to get sensor connectors (wires) and relays refixed to original condition, since I have broken icv valve sensor connector wires broken and also engine oil indiactor wire broken. Well its a starlet GT. Does pala auto does this kinda stuff. cheers Randy

If I had the kinda money u have to buy a car I wouldnt go round asking people whot is best..rather would just go around and bought which I simple wanted..I am sure u dont have any problem maintaining either if you could afford to buy any of these 2! And am sure u will only visit the agents ..for repairs..and most hpefully U could hapily afford it!

hi Muchung just to know what is the 0-60 in this car..well I made a few minor customs adjustments and mine did 6.5sec 0-60(changed to irridiums,replaced to K&N filter,replaced coil, dizzy cap and rotor and did a proper tuneup. and also a weight reduction of spare wheel..all turbo IC stock

What Gihan said is correct! no point using plugs other than what vendor recommends straight outta Japan. But if you can get the heat range and gap proper its good if u can afford it too..its more invulnerable to oil..with and engine which has spark issues..the plugs although wasted will run good for a long time..I have experience in this! whereas a normal plug would just die out..other than that I dont know if there is a performance gain!!!! But remember Iridium isnt god! these plugs die out too.

Thats seems true..I ve got down Irridium plugs, Dizzy rotor and dizzy cap from ebay for ma GT all arived without any issue..all from USA. took 12 working days!

I dont think so mate...this is my second Mazda earlier I had a 1.3 it did around 8-9 with ac now i drive a ec-at 4 1.5 it does even 9km/l-max 10kmpl this is when i only drive on 3rd or 4rth..but when most of time driven inside col it'll be max 9km/l which is normal. Mines tuned with new plugs,air filter etc.and I dont carry any passengers..so I dont belive mazda's doing more unless its a manual!

Hi Mini, Since I couldnt find one already ordered a brand new..but now car in at home resting ive removed the old its gone for a six..is it okay to fix a recon since my old cap I saw points were all wasted..luckily I found a brand new rotor from toyota lanka..I have the sample with me so no issue with checking compatibility for recon.. By the whereabout is EURO NIPPON.. thanks lot Randy

Hi, Here are the details for Starlet GT(135BHP)Map sensor: 12/1989 > 05/1994 - 89420-10020 05/1994 > 01/1996 - 89420-10050 Toyota UK cost for this is £220.20.. I recently went to GS Motors and bought some parts worth 78,000 for my GT..except for Stabilizer bar links luckily TOYOTA lanka had it..they whacked me 3000bucks for 1 link..still I think its worth..since its MY GT after all!! Here the list which I bought for my GT -Front n rear KYB hard shocks -all front lower arm bushes -Front links -Front rack ends -Front ball joints -All oil seals including Gear box crank etc -K&N filter standard box I also achieved better boost after K&N filter..try to get one Rs:9000 bucks and 1,000,000 mile warranty. So try with GS..u might be lucky too..!!!

What do u mean buy reasonable!!!What do their general charge rates? Since I know for some even Rs:5,000 for a tuneup is nothing..which I cannot afford! Does these tuners which u recon have necessary equipment..like sensors and diagnoses? Please let know since I have never been to them!

The best guy I know is Mr.Dhammika!from Borella. Has the required equipment. He Tunes both my cars.. My Mazda Familia and Starlet GT! Terrafic.. Lastly he did my GT now it does 15kmpl. And my mazda 1.5Auto does 10with ac slow driving..

Hi Guys, I need to get some side skirts for my GT..is there any other place other than ACCOLADE and Dumi##a since accolade does not have and Dumi##a is my only option!...Also I cannot afford and entire kit..so thought of going for some things like a front rear lip and skirts.. thanks Randy

OH And buy the ways guys...do u know of a cheap place to get Side skirts for my GT..places except ACCOLADE and Dumi##a bodykit.
