  1. Lmfao! that is effin hilarious
  2. I would narrow it down to the ae110 and the pulsar. I personally settled for a Pulsar myself since I was able to find one in real good condition, and touchwood been one and a half years and Ive had no trouble at all with the car. absolutely reliable, spacious and well I'd say comfort is satisfactory. only thing is i doubt it'l meet your fuel efficiency demands it does on avg 8-9kmpl.
  3. Hi, Are the pads used genuine? if the problem persists after a clean up better get the disc checked for any irregularites or unevenness on the surface (maynot be visible to the naked eye). if there's an issue the garage would probably have to polish it out.
  4. Hi has anyone brought down anything through Global eShop?

Exactly! This post is very misleading! All major insurance companies do insure Hybrid vehicles.

    Ep71 Users

Hey malinda! I used a EP71 stock(1984) about a year back. In my personal experience it is a good car. but unfortunately mine gave trouble too often. I got it for 6.30, spent almost 100k on a complete overhaul n sold it for 5.75....! It was my first car to be honest, and i had not driven many cars at that time. but now i can say that the ep71 was a good car, it got me from 0-80kmph in like no time but beyond 80 the car used to wobble but i did 130 on it once...!lol erm spare parts wise well i was lucky to find most of the parts for the overhaul. but generally u gotta be hunting all over till u find what u want. and thats when i started hating the car. Please do find one with an absolutely good carb, mine sucked big time. at times i got around 6kms per lt! but a good tune up will give u over 12kms for sure. well all in all i guess its a good car if ur willing to spend time on it.. good luck mate!
  10. Hi gentlemen and ladies (if there are any on the forum) does anyone know if any of our mobile operators have horana covered for 3.5g? i tried asking them but no one was sure!!! $$###$$#$!!!! how ironic is that :S one operator asked me to borrow a friends phone and see if there is coverage! lol
  11. Hi Ruslan, Could you please PM me the details for 3rd party VOIP service providers. Thanks mate

    Fn15 Issue

Hi I checked this out with a mech.. he said the engine is running advanced. However he told me that its fine to run advanced since its good on fuel and increases acceleration.. is this true? Im also looking to pep up the engine a bit.. any suggestions? Thinking of a K&N filter and er... thats all i can think of.. anything else i can do to tweak things up a bit Also where can i find the original manufacturer recommended spark plugs for the GA15DE engine? I tried googling it but hmmm doesnt help alot. cheers
  15. I just checked it out.. seems to be a one off thing the level was ok today (the level in the bottle). I just fill it up to the max indicator level in the bottle when the engine is running (hot). Is this correct? Also the coolant read do NOT dilute so i guess all should be fine.
  16. The temp meter on the dash is always on the mid range. probably a faulty fan which is causing the radiator to heat up. Ill top it up tomorrow and check it out. by any chance does the coolant evapourate?
  17. The coolant level actually went down quite a bit in one day.. there are no visible leaks as such. How can i get this checked?
  18. oh i think its a concentrated coolant ( not sure I have to check the bottle) if that is the case would it be ok to refill the reserve tank with water when the level goes down?
  19. guys i got one question here.. i got my coolant flushed two days back and the mech insisted I use 100% coolant since the car is an automatic and apparently there are lines to cool the ATF as well. So i am running on 100% coolant since saturday and i have done about 300kms so far with no issues. is this okay? The coolant brand is some eagle thing (green)
  20. Yup agreed.. got it done yesterday drive-green on marine drive. took me just about 10mins for the whole thing (the test itseld took no more than 2mins). I prefer their service compared to Laugfs. Friendly staff .

  22. Hi I checked this out in my car yesterday. (nissan FN15) The guy said its a prob with the compressor bearing and since the compressor is sealed that I have to replace it. Is this true? Anyways he said I could run on it for a while till the noise picks up further. (turning up the radio helps me forget the noise
  23. experiencing the same prob, the noise goes off when engine is revved up. is it caused by a worn out bearing?
  24. thanks for the link. all good to go i guess.
  25. Meaning I could go for the one day service yeah? So do i have to hang around to collect the new set of papers or do they post it? cheers
