Just thought I'll share some information with you guys... There are three points. First, nitrous oxide is comprised of 2 parts nitrogen and one part oxygen (36% oxygen by weight). When the nitrous oxide is heated to approximately 572F (on compression stroke), it breaks down and releases its load of extra oxygen, However, it is not this oxygen alone which creates additional power, but the ability of this oxygen to burn more fuel. By burning more fuel, higher cylinder pressures are created and this is where most of the additional power is realized. Secondly, as pressurized nitrous oxide is injected into the intake manifold, it changes from a liquid to a gas (boils). This boiling affect reduces the temperature of the nitrous to minus 127 Degrees F. This "cooling affect" in turn significantly reduces intake charge temperatures by approximately 60-75 Degrees F. This also helps create additional power. A general rule of thumb: For every 10 Degrees F. reduction in intake charge temperature, a 1% increase in power will be realized. Example: A 350 HP engine with an intake temperature drop of 70 Degrees F, would gain approximately 25 HP on the cooling affect alone. The third point, the nitrogen that was also released during the compression stroke performs an important role. Nitrogen acts to "buff or damper" the increased cylinder pressures leading to a controlled combustion process and better slower heat release... [###### removed #######]

Indian woman weds cobra A woman who fell in love with a snake has reportedly married the reptile at a traditional Hindu wedding celebrated by 2,000 guests in India. The Press Trust of India says priests have chanted mantras to seal the union but the cobra failed to come out of a nearby ant hill where it lives. A brass replica snake stood in for the hesitant groom. The cobra is the world's largest venomous snake, which can grow up to five metres long. The 30-year-old bride, Bimbala Das, said: "Though snakes cannot speak nor understand, we communicate in a peculiar way". "Whenever I put milk near the ant hill where the cobra lives, it always comes out to drink. "I always get to see it every time I go near the ant hill. It has never harmed me." Villagers welcomed the wedding in the belief it would bring good fortune and laid on a feast for the big day. Snakes, particularly the king cobra, are venerated in India as religious symbols worn by Lord Shiva, the god of destruction. Ms Das, from a lower caste, has converted to the animal-loving vegetarian Vaishnav sect, whose local elders gave her permission to marry the cobra. Her mother, Dyuti Bhoi, says she is happy about the marriage. "Bimbala was ill," she told a local TV channel. dude.. sometime back I used to talk just like you.... I were never a honda fan either.. heck I didnt even care for honda's even when I see it on the road... I used to love California's, Carinas ( used to be one of my fav. ) and mazda's until one day one of my friends in office got a honda... it's so funny come to think of it how I changed in to Honda's... I mean talking about just the ordinary average car... honda comes first for me... and bro.. dont believe me ask someone else... the N16 sucks big time..

bro are you a family man ? if so I suggest you stick to the N16 withiout playing with it... if not.. I recomend you sell the thing and get something else where you could modify it to your hearts content... Hint - get a civic....!!
