Dilan... good info man.... thanks for sharing it with us.... I had one of em first gen models coming in for the meet... but the guy didnt turn up.... maybe he couldnt find the place...

however I must say that some civic boys had a good showdown entry.... once when I was at the gate checking in the cars... there was this one moment of silence.... and then I heard this huge bass sound which came from far apart... which got closer and closer.. it was maybe the sound of about more than 4 cars together.... and then i saw them appearing on the side road... like zing..... zing.... it was the Racers Edge Boys.... later on after the meet some of us got together at parliament grounds.... just hanging out... after while we see Ravi at a start line off to a drag race with an EK which I'm not sure who it belong to.... but that was a good run... ravi won that race easily with about a 5 car lead... but one thing though…. Ravi was running something very heavy under that hood that day…. later on Asanka's guys entertained the crowed with some wheel spins and doughnut turns... pretty good evening...

bro believe me it wasnt a parade at all..... I wanted a parade... and I specifically mentioned on the r & r sheet for the participants not to speed more than 50 in the parade.... but I figured that our guys dont understand english.. the buggers were doing 80 to 100... I think that was the quickest parade in sri lanka... didnt even take 10 minutes .... I was 3 minutes late to join the parade and by the time I caught up... they were near domino's... and mind you I had to do 110 to catch up.. so next time there's not going to be any parade....
