This is my fisrt post in this forum.I have a very annoying problem in my FB13 Nissan sunny car(Doctor sunny). About 6 month ago my car started to stall when in idle.That is as soon as i press the clutch to change gears or break(that is as long as i am not accelerating and engine is not enguged with gear box), engine stops.This problem was not consistant, sometimes it happens and some times not. Then i had to service the carburator. I spent about 6000 for the whole job.But after about two weeks my car stopped suddnley.One of the mechanics said that some durt has gone into one of the carb jets and had to service it again.It cost me abut 3000.Soon after that i again got the original problem.But now it is worse.The engine is not running in slow speed at all.Even when i am going at a speed of 60 km/hr, if i remove my foot from the accelertor(while in gear) and then i peddle again, i feel a jerk in the engine, like engine started again.
So i am fedup of going after mechanics, staying in garages, Pushing car in the middle of trafic..etc.
I have some experience in meddling with engines.But the carb is too complex for me.But if i can find a service manual of a carb i think i can do something better than all the mechanics i went through.
Can some one pls let me know from where i can find a service manual of FB13 Nissan sunny (Engine Model : GA15DS) carburator.
