dear friends...I want to convert manual steering to power ..please advice me on following, my maruti gypsy have 2c toyota turbo engine, from where can i do this, how much it cost, can i use reconditioned or used parts, what is the low cost, suitable method,

My 1992 carb model Gypsy is making following troubles. semi burned petrol smell...some times its worst. I went to mechanic & cleaned carb, tuned up, but still smelling. when starting in morning it will take few minutes to engine comes to the condition where i can race engine- 4-7 minutes engine is running , but not able to race. found no prob in spar plugs...please advice me to get out of this. What should I do...some told problem in piston rings & all...if so how much it take to replace those..And carb is a moris minor carb...from where im able to find gypsy carb.. please advice on this.
