Thanks for the information..bro..I think mine also having the same issue...any way will first do a complete service of the fuel system and if it still fails, will go for the Throttle Body Sensor. One more thing..From where did you buy this Throttle Body Sensor? Is it reconditioned part or New one? and what was the price like?

Yes ,This was imported from singapore. It has full digital meter including the speedometer.

Hi, I recently bought a Suzuki Liana 2002 Sedan (M 13 Engine) car. Even after it comes to the running temperature and when I keep the car at idle, the rpm remains at 1400.(With A/C 1200.) I went to A*W and they did a throttle body clean up and enjector cleaning. But still the problem remains the same.Throttle door also was adjusted to it's minimum level. Pluged to the suzuki scan tool (at A*W) but, no issue indicated. can someone please tell me what could be the reason for this problem.

I don't think the shocks are adjustable ones.Present shocks are recondition japanese demio shocks(According to Mag city) and they confirm that the shocks are in order. My Tyre size is 175/70/14 and not low profile. You can look in to the picture and I'm referring to the 19mm nut which holds the coil spring. If I loosen it,will the shocks be more smoother.(photo is not the actual one)

Hi friends , I have a mazda demio (2001 DW3W) car and it is very uncomfortable on drive. So I checked it with the Mag city and they said nothing is wrong and shocks(With coil springs) are also in good condition. But definitely the car is very harsh and really difficult to drive on average roads. What I feel is that coil springs are too stiff and it does not absorb a normal shock. Is there any possibility to adjust the tension of the coil springs by loosening the upper bolt of the shock. Please help me on this since non of the garage people are advising me correctly. thnx

thanks kumudug for the information. I found that the thermostat sensor is working fine.I heated the engine and checked the wire harness of the sensor, when the engine is hot the sensor connects those two wires of the harness together making the current flow.further it is a Negative current which passes through the sensor. but when i checked the relay,it is getting the current when you switch on the car(Dash lights on)and makes the fan works irrespective of the heat.I went through the wire harness(connecting to the relay) but could not locate any point where they have shorted those wires or any sort of alteration made. I really could not understand this and thought of showing to a professional mechanic/repair center. Pls tell me if there is any electrical repair center with talented mechanics you guys are aware.... . I saw in a foreign auto forum that this fan issue may be something related in ECU and it can be simply rectified by connecting to a scan tool...Any comments on it... . Desperately need your information and advices... . kumudug if you can let me know how your wiring was altered and where it was would help a lot. Many thanks

Thank you very much for the reply. I was able to find the fan relay. When I disconnect the wire harness frm the relay fan stops and when connect it works.I'm not 100% sure about the sensor.I found one just over the alternator with two wire connector clip(ash colour) and hoping that it is the one, disconnected the clip, but still the fan is running. . Do you have any idea about the situation? . what current does this sensor breaks(+ or -) ?
