  1. I agree with Bugatti, Good questions asked. Very very Diplomatic and realistic. I am sure people will not charge 24 k and just give a plain receipt with out a warranty. So it is best you do an impartial look in to this so it will be fair by both "mazna motors" and their "customers". And we all be professional and ethical end of the day with out just voicing our personal thoughts to gain other means. 1.Did Mazna Motors issue you with a receipt for 24k you paid..? if yes please let us know. 2. Is there a warranty for the A/C cooler you bought..? 3. Was the A/C a brand new unit, or a second hand "Freedom of expression is not the freedom of the wild ass"
  2. I have been going to mazna motors for the past three years.so far i have not experienced anything bad.Specially since they know Mazda cars inside out i have received a very good service from them. It is true they are expensive. But then you need to pay a price for that. Most of the parts i have put a genuine\original stuff so it makes long lasting stuff.unless your looking for cheap products then you need to drop in to a small scale garage set up where they try little things. Every garage wants to do it the first time if not if the customer returns for the second attempt it is not profitable for them. If the A/C replacement was charged 24k then surely the "warranty" must have been given. It is the responsibility of the car owner to ask for it before giving the car for repairs. There is no point blaming garage people for our mistakes.Who would give a car for repairs with out asking for the cost unless if your foolish and don't have money and complain about it. Most of us in the Mazda club we have received good service from Lalith's team.unless we can't pay for a good service we will not there.Type of people who go to Mazna motors look for genuine deals "not cheap" deals off the shelf. It is not the place for "window shoppers" Just sharing our thoughts after 3 years of experience with the Mazda BJW and the Mazda Axela
