guys. 4 months ago when i wanted to replace my CV joint my mechanic saw my car and told me to buy the CV-joint which was for NON-ABS models. and from that day i thought that i dint have ABS,but yesterday morning in the sunlight i saw the abs indicator sign outa my dashboard unlit.this is the first tim i noticed it! i have attached a pic too, i nevr get the abs indicator when i turn the key on, what do you think?do i have abs or not?or is it just a general dashboard for used for all grades of that yom and the best grade had abs (ex-se limited,xe,L grade?)? please educate regarding this topic I dont see any big deal if there is ABS or not,but the reason why i came here was to know whether that mechanic took me for a ride. my car- 1995 ae110 thankjs alot in advance

thanks alot.but both of the stereos happen to be the same make(pioneer).and i dint get the manual along with the stereo.but i dis refer to a pdf file on stereo installations. since you doubt its a short,what can be the solution?where can i get it done?

guys, last week i got a new stereo and i wanted to go to sun lanka to get it installed.since yesterday was a sunday.I washed my car,cleaned the interior and then i just got a thought "WHAT IF I INSTALL THE STEREO????" and that's how the problem started! I connected all the wires as in my previous stereo's.ex-Red for RED, black for black and after its done i started it but the stereo dint work.I just thought of going to sunlanka today and get it done. but that wasnt all.i noteced that the cars clock and Dome light isn't working and the cars alarm acts like a bitch.when ever i press the lock key i get a loud noise for about 40secs and then it gets locked.and after about 5-10 mins its starts shouting again. what can be the solution friends?are there any specific places where they do all of these problems?im sure this all happened after i poke my hands into the stereo.so must be some short or something. your kind help and support would be much appreciated! thanks

getting it from Singapore will be easy for me,but im afraid that "will they have em"?becuase iv been there for a quite a long time and unlike srilanka i hardly see a 110 on the streets. il give it a try and find out. so if i find one from SG/SL how am i supposed to install em?are those universal ones where i can install em by my self or am i supposed to take my car to the garage and do some cutting to adjust em?

guys, i own a ae110 1995 corolla(non-crystal lights).my car has dirty headlights(yellowish),and it kills the look of the car.i went trough this site and this guys has changed his headlights to crystal ones. where can i change the headlights?are there any specific places to do that?orelse should i have to buy aftermarket products and install them? before after has anyone done this before?how much would it cost me ? thanks alot in advance.

10km/l??isnt this enough been an auto?i know corolla owners expect more from the car but AFAIK your car does very good. but if you really want to give it a try go for a tune up and see, iv herd that replacing platinum/iridium spark plugs would help too

guys., my cars security alarm noise has reduced so much that its almost silent even when my ears are near the bonnet.i hear a very light sound and that's it. what must be the reason?what should i do? please enlighten me regarding this topic. thanks alot in advance

well..im not sure about the comparison. i sent them a mail a year ago.and they replied me regarding the details.all i can remember is that if your a noob you should stick to the full report(more detail) and if you have that kinda CAR knowledge its ok to go with the latter(less detail) . why dont you call the agents...they'll explain every bit you need..

go to the agents..at maradana the full faulty report was around 7000..this report is ideal for a person who hasnt much a knowledge of cars and the one for 3000 is for the ones who knows a lot about cars.. so according to your knowledge you can choose

if you can afford,Swift is a good choice..becuase its a newer car and it feels more sportier to drive(the acceleration). or else go for the 110 but i personally prefer a sedan to a hatch anytime! i own a 110 (auto) and i get 10-12km/l easily,if its a manual its even better! btw the swift and the 110 are both Japanese and both have good resale in SL, so just test dive both and find out which suits you the best!its you who have to be satisfied with it,not us. good luck!

if you wanna buy just LED BULBS you can get them from petta first cross street shops. if you want led strips-i remember a dude selling 2 led strips for 2-3000rs at wow classifieds,,if you want to get cheaper ones try ebay!
