hi all, Can anybody suggest me a place where i can find a TPS for Lancer CK1....

Hi, Guess i found the problem....According to the mechanic this is due to a damage of TPS (throttle position sensor). So it seems TPS should be replaced. Due to this TPS issue, previous owner has increased the timing value (around 2000), but it should be around 500 according to the mechanic (i'm not sure about these values). after decreasing the value, shifting became smooth and shaking problem came into stage. Can anybody suggest me a place to find the TPS for LANCER CK1 ??? tried in some places at delkanda, but couldnt find it!

hi guys, when i press accelerator a little, car begins to shake like it has no fuel (this happens on the way, but not when i start)...but when i press little bit more it will accelerate smoothly and go...this was not there before i got a repair on the auto tranny...they said they have adjusted a timing sensor in auto tranny...is this new problem related to tranny or is it with engine & accelerator??? please help

Hi, Thank u guys for your comments....me too feel this is normal, but shifting from 3rd to 4th makes me feel bad...it's better if i can drive in 4th at 60's or 70's. will try to find a gud mechanic for autos..

Hi guys, i bought a lancer ck1 - auto, 1.3, 1999 - a month ago.... Feel like the gear change is not ok.... When i continuously press (even when smoothly pressing) gas it will take more time to shift gears (from first to second at 40 kmh, second to third at 60 kmh). But when i release gas and press again, gear will shift to next at lower speeds (20 kmh , 40 kmh). Also it will run on third if the speed is less than 80 kmh... beofore 80 it will shift to 4th when i release gas, but again shift to 3rd after few seconds. ther's no rpm meter to c rpm...ATF is new. can u guys tell me what is wrong with it????? or any gud mechanic where i can get it corrected?
