1.Pls let me know the differences between Fb15 new shell & old shell model when compared to super sallo

1.Can somebody pls advice me whether Fb15 new shell model available in 2001?I'm in doubt bcoz some say new shell model first came in 2002 but not in 2001.But i have seen some fb15 new shell cars with JO xxxx/Js XXXX 2001 model on the road. Can anyone pls clarify this?
