Hi Guys, I have a problem with my 2008 M3. if the car is left stationary for around 24hours with the handbrake in place after wasing the car (specialy with a high pressure washer) the breaks will not get released even if i release the hand brake ("break-bind"). Has any other M3 owners faced the same problem ?

I've noticed that whenever i follow smoke belching vehicles, I tend to smell it inside my Mazda 3 (2007-08model) even if my windows are fully closed, aircon switched on and air circulation mode properly selected to recirculate internal air. C** M**T can't figure out the problem. Any other Mazda3 owners who have the same problem ?

When i went to collect the car after the repair there was a lot of white residue all over the paint and also on the black color plastic parts and the wipers. They said it was compound used to give a cut polish. I told them to clean it up. Then when i opened the dicky it was all wet. I told them i want it dried. And also when i opend the dicky it was clearly visible from the inside that a repaint job has been done (may be they didnt paint the whole panal in order to save on costs). They said nothing more can be done and after a while when the paint is exposed to the environment the difference will not be visible. Once i took out the vehicle water started dripping in to the dicky when it rained. I returned the vehicle and the excuse they gave was there would have been another accident earlier and that is causing the leak.

i would keep away from that place if i were u. Had a bad experiance with an accident repair.

I think unlocking of the trip computer is not possibles for models after 2007.

is your M3 2007 or 2008 ?

Yes you are correct. To the best of my knowledge that is the only difference. Recently i purchased a higher grade Mazda3.

Mazda 3/axela ( model up to 2008) which comes to sri lanka comes mostly in two trims. 15F and 15C.15F is the higher grade. its A/C is automatic. the difference is visible in the A/C controls on the dash.

Agent says price of the new kia cerato (full option) is LKR 3,575m (incl. VAT) with 3year (100,000km) warranty Anybody who recently bought a cerato who can comment on the car? The price is very attractive. I guess the main worry is the resale value and the service quality of the agents. (I have seen some previous threads with adverse comments with re to this)

Hi Guys, I am thinking of buying an Exela. I know the second hand mkt value is not going to be same as the toyota's and nissan's and ok with it, but do not want to be stuck with it when time comes to sell. How easy is it to sell an Excela/Mazda3? Anybody willing to share any experiences on this ?

Hi Guy’s I have a similar problem There is corrosion in the undercarriage of my FB15. I don’t think its DIY job. Any good professional place that can do the job for me ?
