This is an unexpected development, and sadly but truly is discouraging to our local drag scene. I was a bit unhappy to see that it was only me and Ravi who actually dragged last Saturday, and it was me and Mark who dragged the previous Saturday. I think Ive come to realise some of the things that I had forgotten lately and most of which were enlighten by the the course of this forum. Im posting here mainly on a request, I did not run NOS this Saturday or any other day in the past. It is still a mod I am to experience. Incase of any doubts about the mods done to my car, I would like to state them here for all to know as I have nothing to conceal, and herewith certify an older post made by KLM about the mods also. If anyone should think what I hav stated is misleading or not possible, they are most welcomed to take a look under the hood, hopefully you guys wont want to strip my engine now:-) My current setup... D15Z7 standard engine (Singapore version of the JDM D15B) EXi stock gear box with 4.05 Final Drive EXi TB with custom intake and filter and local exhaust job along with rear barrel and piping(all non-branded) Adjustable cam pulley, I got this made sometime back when the car was an EXi Tuned i Chips ECU I recently did some head work, mainly a polish rather than a port as I dont believe much in it. Head milled 0.08 with 3 layer standard gasket Above all these, I would like to mention the mod that gave me the most results: Tuning and testing night after night, it wasnt easy as it sounds, I ran into break downs and as well as cops with speed guns! and ofcourse some cash, nothing comes free these days:-) and not forgetting all those good friends who helped in some way or the other. Lastly I believe that all of us at the drags have to be in unity to make such an event possible and to prolong it as we already have to deal with cops and other parties who are against it. If all of us end up in a camp to camp canon ball fire none of us will get anywhere, so lets concentrate on the cars and not each others throats. I believe that Chang has been wrongfully accused and made fun of unnecessarily. He deserves an apology. Car is going ne Ravi malli:))

Good thought KLM, we havent seen much of the Stone Cold Killer either, as to what he's been doing?? Killing what else!!! Man dont scare the guys in here now, your post really gives us the creeps! We dont want stone cold getting all stirred up again do we?? But I'll tell ya one thing, Im takin ur advice and keeping an eye out for that 'midnight blue EG', you really dont wanna get administered by the Hawk man, trust me!

Hey guys now whats happening in here, why has all this foolery crossed such extremism? I was under the impression that all this ended a long time back, cant you ppl just quit all this 'big talk' and concentrate on what we could do this saturday instead, in order to make the drags happen?? And "whatsup/Gihan" by arguing and fighting each other in this forum publicly both of you arnt helping at all! I strongly suggest the both of you PM each other and sort things out! Actually you guys are talking so great about being at the drags and all, why not bring some cars and drag in the first place! Can you organise that now Gihan? rather than trying to organise a fight! Yes machang I think you are absolutely right about that! Gihan has unnecessarily dragged me into this mess, so he shud quite rightly dis-associate me from the same!

What the hell's happening here now! Mr Gihan I would expect you to have some kind of consciousness to figure out that Im not this whatsup guy. I got into this forum to clear out a doubt about a race result which happened two weeks back, it was cleared this week and I have no more to say on this forum, so does Chang and the other guys who were involved. If you are to accuse me of being whatsup I strongly advice you to get your facts straight before you go and create problems with other innocent people! Nirsoh is a cool guy even though I dont know him too well, I think his SiR looks cool, no way I have any relevance to him on this forum, or to you in that regard, so think before you make such stupid assumptions! All of us hang out together, so please avoid creating problems among us! If u have a problem with whatsup, go straight to him and sort it out! Please make sure you edit your previous postings and take my name off your messages! Or its over to the Administrator to take rightful action against it! And whatsup, I think u went overboard there man. Zakie is all pissed off with u, my car's conversion was done by zakie, and he tunes my car, so dont give such misleading information in public. And about what you have said concerning Nirosh, I think it'll be fair if u just made an apology on this site for your actions! You may not want to reveal who you are, but thats not my problem, but atleast have the decency to correct Gihan of his belief that Im not 'whatsup', or I will!! Hehe good thought Whatsup, next time Im at autoforce I'll ask Dinesh abt Mr. FX....would he know u if I said FX? or Gihan? Looks like u've got this rice all mixed up Mr FX, there is a difference between da rice on ur plate and the rice on da road if u ask me....maybe u didnt look close enough:p

The Exi comes stock with an engine which produces 105bhp, the Vtec engine produces 130bhp with the same 1.5l displacement, swapping a Vtec engine into it will give u 130bhp as in my setup, considering the fact that u are swapping in a standard engine that is. With minor mods like intake/exhaust and ECU you should be able to gain an additional 5-10bhp as this engine was manufactured with the sole intention of economy and reliability, not high performance like a B series. And FX if u are comparing this swap to wat Chang has done then u need to think twice abt it dude!!! True enough the standard Exi weighs a bit less than a standard Vi/Vti/ViRS BUT as soon as u do da conversion to Vtec this weight difference narrows out. The Vtec head is much heavier than da Exi (extra cam lobes/Vtec oil lines/solenoids), the intake manifold of the Vtec is twice as heavy as the Exi, as well as the Engine block/crank/bigger sump, along with the 4-2-1 header. This swap will most definitely add 75kgs or more to ur car. So dont rely on weight as an advantage, u'll be better off buying an EK3 Vtec in that case. Good luck for the coversion anyway.....has it already been done? Mine took 1 day actually!

Oh and my car is not fully done up for ur info, u aint seen shit yet man!
