Isuru to be honest there iare not many people in SL who can sort out B4's but try Nadeera he may be good You need a boost guage to check if the secondary is working you should hit about just under 1 bar on the primary then at the switch over point your boost drops and then when the secondary kicks in 1 bar on both turbos

Your secondary turbo should be felt even on the 2nd gear best is to fix a boost guage and check...however b4's are all about top end power they are damm quick on 3rd and 4th gears.....

STI has a diffrent ECU to the WRX also i think the STI pistons are diffrent as well but not sure on that

Its alrigth man i rather collect all the rust buckets in your house and sell them to a bothal karaya as scrap for about Rs 50000 deal? Oh and the mini ill donate it to the gay and lesbians movement in Colombo so they have use it as a table for thier party's haha
