Guys, I had a vitz, 2001, 70km, sec-alarm, 4 speakers, new battery, new brake pads. I was looking around 16.4m the first person who came to see the car offered me 16.1m. So the car was sold by 12 noon on the same day I advertised. I sold the car to get a new vitz around 2m-2.15m. ultimately after selling my old car the unregistered car price went up and up due to greedy car sale people and the importers. Ultimately I had to spend 2.5m to get a 2007 car. I am sure the guy who sold the car to me have brought down the car to 1.9-2m???!!!

Jaff, RoyalKalana & Tikiri, Thanks for your valuable comments... After inspecting few Vios and IST, I also thought of going for an IST. But in the meantime I checked some unregistered (2007 - KSP90) VITZ too, which is selling around 2.5 - 2.7m. One of my friend who is doing vehicle importing, telling me that he can bring down a VITZ 2007/08/09 (KSP90) for less than 2.4m. So I thought of going for an unregistered VITS. but i will have to wait for 1 and half month for the new car. Anyway thanks again guys.

Hello Guys, I am new to the forum. I thought this is the best place put my question. I am planning to go for a Vios or IST 2003/2004 with a budget of 2.2 - 2.3m. Which is the best car for: 1. Fuel efficiency 2. Comfort (specially on long trips, i used to travel Kandy) 3. Re-sale value 4. Maintenance (less trouble free) 5.
