There is a CBR RR1 blue in Kirulapona and has been sitting there for quite a long tym. The bikes has plates. Heres a clue I saw wen i went to repair my A/C.. People bring down HC bikes from harbours and have to pay a fee to the R*V and register it under 250CC. surprisingly there is a rate for certain bikes.. Its easy why do we see HC CBR with the newest number plates. Srilanka usually bring down reconditoned bikes and they register it from R*V as reconditioned and under 250CC eventhough its 450- 600 CC. I've seen many bikes which are 600CC engines. Some people run wit different number plates. they bring it down from abroad take another bike's number plate and use it as long as they wish .. when cops catch them they just show the license, insurance and the revenue license and get away. they have NOT mentioned the make of the bike.

Can bikers pull off a wheelie right infront of cops and not be charged for anything>??? really need to knw
