As I mentioned earlier I'm very new to honda and that was the 1st honda car i inspected. I couldnt ask him whether it is Vi, Mi or Exi. But I can call him and ask. But he is not answering the phone right now. By the way I like to know definitions of Vi, Mi, Exi. Can anyone help me?

Is it possible to buy a car with VTEC-E engine for my budget? I just check a Civic Ferio in Kandy YOM 98, 300-5XXX. He says 15lks and nonnegotiable. The car is in excellent condition. What you think? Is it valuable for the price? What is your suggestion for me to get a Civic with my budget? Many Thanks.
