  1. Hi Kalvin, I also had a similar issue with a 1998 model Corolla 110, I used between 2009/2011 period. It also had kind of dragging effect when changing gears. that was giving me a mileage of only 6kmpl which is not the typical figure of this model. I got in touch with a mechanic who is good@ automatic repairs. He test drove the car and suggested the valve body (not sure the correct technical word) has to be replaced. Got the work done by him, total cost was something closer to 25k at that time. The issue got resolved, the normal performance of the 110 was back afterwards. If you need to know the place where I got it done, drop me a mail([email protected]). I think its against the rules of Autolanka to publicly mention any commercial names & places. Thanks
  2. Yes, You can get it done from K'___Park , but they strongly advise you to not to get it done if there are chip marks on your windscreen since it might damage your windscreen, & u'll sometimes end up replacing the windsheild. I thnk its better to get it chkd from them whether possible to proceed. Cost is somewhere around 5k or something as I remember.(sorry can't remember the correct amount.)
  3. Hope someone could help me out, with my prob. there are two mechanically changeable modes in my Toyota 110 - one mode is mentioned AS "K" & the other as "A" which is inside the timing belt casing and this is mentioned on the engine which contects the timing belt wheel. Any one got any idea about this? Saw this when going to change the T-belt.
