I couldn't find any 1.3 Belta or Vitz anyway nearer to this budget. Is it in this price range? They seem to be more than 3M.

Vitz, Belta/Yaris are also well above this budgt, I think. 121 also would be older than 7 or 8 years, isn't it?

They would have imported it when the tax was just 39% and by selling it now (before the taxes are reduced again for hybrids, by ant chance) they can make a big profit.

I have not blindly made that comment, but it was all about my experience in this particular thread. I posted a questions asking a help, some people really helped by sharing there experience, but I get messages to my inbox from those business people, that they can 'help' on this matter. I do not expect that people should disclose every details they know here, but as a forum if they cannot share something, they should not take advantage on others lacking of knowledge on this regard. SREE made his comment advising me to contact one of those people when I have got those messages, and I guessed (forgive me if you are genuine) that it was one of them (he is new to the forum, and so do I). If he could help in anyway he could have been silent. I am here in this forum after reading it for a long period and after believing and been attracted by the help people are sharing here. I am not intended to hurt anyone but I want to see the genuine of this forum remains as of now and not been affected by the activities of someone. I am completely respectful and thankful to the helpers here. This is the only valuable forum available to us , Sri Lankans, to share our thoughts and experiences regarding vehicles and let us not pollute it. There are so many places to do advertisements, and autolanka.com is one those, and we can use those, and not thos forum.

Hi evergreen, Thank you for your advice and it was really useful and I could get a good understanding of where am I. AE110 is slightly out of my budget and the interior of it is not that comfortable (I may be wrong). I will consider EK3 and will take Swift out of my option. For Familia/323 ,are spares easily available?

I am a newbie and looking around to buy my first car for budget of 1.7 - 1.8 M. I don't like to go for an older one than 1999. I have the following cars in mind: Nissan FB15, Mazda 323/Familia (BJ5P), Suzuki Swift (not the beetle model), Nissan N16. Can you someone please advice me on which one to select on terms of trouble-freeness, easily-maintainable, resell-ability, driving pleasure, and somewhat comfortability, etc. If there is any other model that I can consider, please suggest.
