Hi Members, I want to buy a reconditioned unregistered car. What is the best way to determine if the ODO meter shows the right mileage and how do I know if the auction grade the seller says is correct or not. Also i have heard there in an online site to check the above. If yes please let me know the details and also let me know what numbers do i need from the car to check on the details on the website.
