Hi, The undercarriage cover of my Toyota belta is vibrating when going over uneven roads. Appreciate if an expert can help me on; 1. Is it important to have the undercarriage cover 2. Is there any good place i can get it tighten up/ fixed. Seems like Toyota have not concentrated on making it more harder to survive rough roads. Thanks
